Kastner | August 28, 2024 Roasted Garlic Habanero Hot Sauce is a great tasting hot sauce, perfect for putting on Chicken Wings, Chicken Nuggets or Chicken Tenders. You could also add some to mayonnaise for a dipping sauce. I’m sure it would probably be good on pork or added in any other dish. This is a HOT sauce, make no mistake!Ingredients 13 Habanero peppers5 Bulbs of Garlic2 Yellow Onions2 c. White Wine Vinegar1 c. Water1/2 c. Lime juice1/8 c. Cane Sugar1 tsp. Cumin1 tsp. Salt DirectionsPreheat oven to 350° De-stem habaneros and cut them in half, quarter onions, and cut tops off of garlic bulbs the cover garlic bulbs with olive oil(on sheet pan). Roast bulbs of garlic, onion and the habaneros on a sheet pan until browned, at 350°, for 45 minutes. After roasting, purée, garlic, onion, and habaneros in a blender or food processor. Add blended mixture to a saucepan, then add water, lime juice, sugar, vinegar, cumin, and salt.
