FINNISH PANCAKE Jeffrey T. Kastner | April 5, 2012 Ingredients 4 eggs 2 c. milk 1-3 tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter cinnamon Coat glass baking dish with butter, preheat in a 425 degree oven.Beat eggs. Mix in milk, sugar, flour, and salt. Beat well.Pour batter into a glass baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degree’s until the pancake is puffed and nicely browned.Serve with PURE maple syrup, and enjoy!
